Privacy policy
This policy explains which personal data we process when you visit ingoodcompany.online, why we do so, and which rights you have.
1. Who is responsible

2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you open a page, Netlify's servers process technical data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page you requested and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Netlify is based in the United States and takes part in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Fonts
The fonts on this website are stored on our own hosting. Your browser does not connect to Google or other font providers.
4. Get in touch form
When you send the form on our Get in touch page, we receive your first and last name, email address and message. We use them only to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The form is processed by our email platform MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania). We keep this data as long as needed to handle your request, and no longer than one year after our last contact unless we start working together.
5. Newsletter
If you sign up for the Starting With Marketing newsletter, we store your first and last name and email address with MailerLite to send you webinar invites and summaries. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). MailerLite records whether you open our emails and click links, so we can see which topics are useful. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, or by writing to us.
6. Webinar registration
The registration form on our webinar page is provided by WebinarGeek (the Netherlands). The form loads from WebinarGeek's servers when you open that page. If you register, WebinarGeek processes your registration details to organise the webinar and send you the access link and recording (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
7. YouTube videos
Webinar recordings are embedded from YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) in privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you press play. From that moment, YouTube receives data such as your IP address and may set cookies, under its own privacy policy. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by pressing play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
8. Cookies
Our own pages do not set cookies and we do not use analytics. The services named above may use cookies or similar technologies when they load. Their privacy policies explain how.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you,
- have incorrect data corrected,
- have your data deleted or its processing restricted,
- receive your data in a portable format,
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests,
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing,
- lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.

10. Changes
We update this policy when our website or services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
